creating God-centered community through the art of hospitality.
The Life Around the Table Discipleship Training School (DTS) is an opportunity to come away with God for 6 months—allowing Him to show you more of who He is and who we are as His children. This specific DTS will focus on the art of hospitality and how God uses it to bring people into deeper community with both Himself and others.
The DTS is a 5 to 6 month program split into 2 parts: the Theoretical phase and Practical phase.
During the 12 week Theoretical portion, participants will live at our training facility in Pisa, Italy. We will have classroom time to discover more of who God is, how we hear His voice, who we are, what the Bible says about our world, and the role we play in the Great Commission to preach the Gospel to the nations.
Then, in the Practical phase, participants live out all that has been learned—taking it from theory to lifestyle. Participants embark on a 2 to 3 month overseas mission trip to spread the Gospel as they serve alongside churches, local ministries, and the work of the Lord in that nation. No two outreaches look alike, but they are always a time to “taste and see that the Lord is good” as we partner with Him to do His will.
