While in Byron Bay, we went to the beach and cooked pancakes for the homeless, drug addicts, and surfers and talked to them about Jesus. Lauren talked to a surfer for awhile and as she was sharing about some of the healings she had seen on her DTS lectures, the guy asked if she could pray for him. He had hurt his back a few days before surfing and was in pain.

She said, “yes”. He asked if she needed to use special words or do anything and she said, “No, I’ll just ask God to heal you.” So, she did and then asked him how his back felt and if he wanted to see how badly it hurt now. He moved his back around and he said that “I’m trying to make it hurt like before, but it doesn’t hurt at all any more.
